Nowadays, railways in many countries are facing challenges. To overcome these challenges wisely, it is necessary that railway become a new growth engine for green growth, new concept for sustainable development.

Therefore, IRaTCA’s UIC Railway Policy Course and 3rd ANTC Seminar are designed to make practical contributions to the railway development among Asian countries through a closer network of cooperation and information sharing, with the full support from UIC.

This training session along with the 3rd Asian Rail Network of Training Centers will take place in Seoul from 7th to 13th November and is open to all UIC Members.
