From November to May, the MAV Symphony Orchestra will provide classical music mini concerts twice a month at the Western, Eastern and Southern Railway Stations of Budapest. The mini-concerts will be 20 minutes long organised around different thematic areas during which not only different periods of classical music, but also the most beautiful pieces associated with the holiday season in December will be presented.
The artists of the ensemble will perform classical music in a chamber composition. The audience will have the chance to listen to a horn quartet, a wind and brass quintet and a string quartet for more than half a year.
Concerts will be held on Wednesdays every second week at the main railway stations of Budapest.
The mini-concert series are part of a programme supported by the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary.
