The Government of the Republic of Serbia has appointed Mr Nebojša Šurlan to the position of Acting General Director of Serbian Railways Infrastructure JSC.
Mr Šurlan was born in 1972 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade in 1997. In 2015 he received a PhD from the Faculty of Construction Management of the University Union – Nikola Tesla.
His professional career started in 1998 at the company Instalacija Inženjering, moving in 2000 to PMC inženjering as a mechanical engineer and project manager on various projects throughout Serbia. His next role was in the international company Mace in 2004 in a position regarding the management of mechanical activities on large projects throughout Serbia and Montenegro.
Since 2012 to date Mr Šurlan was director of the Building Directorate of Serbia.
